John Nolan Obituary

John Meredith Nolan, 63, died on February 12, 2019 in Danville of natural causes.  Visitation will be from 10-11am Monday February 18, 2019 at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville,  Service will follow at 11am at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Hopewell Cemetery.

John was born June 11, 1955 in Danville, Illinois.  He enjoyed remodeling his homes, spending time with his family.  He loved to b there for his family through hard times!  He was a fighter; he battled cancer and beat it twice!  He was a great father and taught his kids to be great workers.  We have a lot of great memories with him.  But most of all, he loved to shop for clothes and always kept a clean appearance.  He will be dearly missed.

John is survived by his mother Betty Kingrey; his long life companion Joyce Compton; daughter Jennifer Nolan; sons John Nolan and Jeremy Nolan; brother Randy Nolan; sister Kelly Boyle; grandsons:  Chase Cates, Logan Carden, Landen Nolan, and Mason Nolan; granddaughters: Meghan Carden, Morgan Nolan, Shyan Nolan, and Dani Nolan; and one great-granddaugther Zoë Cates.

John is proceeded by his father William Nolan; sister Cheryl LaTourette; brothers Billy, Russ, William and Kenneth Nolan, and long time dog Muffin.
