Pamela C. (Boswell) Foehrer

Pamela C. (Boswell) Foehrer, 70, passed away at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center at 1:19pm on December 1, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville.  Service will follow at 1:00pm on Thursday at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Danville National Cemetery.

On August 19, 1995 she married the love of her life, George Foehrer.  He preceded her on March 19, 2018.  She was also preceded in death by a sister Sandy, her mother Mary Smoot, father Everette Boswell, and bonus daughter Toni Sheppard. 

She is survived by her son Scott Orvis of Indianapolis and her daughter Jamie (Al Foote) Gooch of Danville.  She is also survived by 2 grandchildren Sydnee Gooch and Joseph Foote.  From her union with George, she added 7 bonus children:  Jerry Foehrer, Dawn (Wayne) Jenkins, Karen Sweat, Mike (Debbie) Foehrer, Cindy (Mike) Esworthy, and Wayne Foehrer; plus many bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pam loved the outdoors.  It could be fishing with George or tending to her flowers and garden.  She loved going to listen to George play in his band.  She will leave a hole in the hearts of her family and friends.
