Sharon Rose Hooks, 69, of Danville, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 in Danville. Visitation will be from 11am – 1pm on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville. Service will follow at 1pm on Tuesday at the Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home. Entombment at Sunset Cemetery will follow.
Sharon was born April 15, 1949 in Danville to Floyd and Rose Ethel Bennett. Sharon and her husband owned their own cleaning business for years. She had a huge heart, and was loved by many. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, and always enjoyed going out to eat.
Sharon married William Hooks on July 23, 1966, he preceded her on November 22, 2004. Sharon is survived by her son Bradley Hooks; brother Robert Lee (Glenda) Bennett; granddaughters Victoria Rose and Haleigh Bell; niece Laura Bennett and many additional nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her parents; spouse William; granddaughter Paige Hufford; brother Fred Bennett; and Sister Tammy Lowe.
