Abel Bowling Obituary

In loving memory of Abel Wayne Bowling

Abel was born November 30th, 2020 and was unexpectedly called to heaven, to be in the arms of passed loved ones, at the young age of 7 weeks, 2 days old on January 20, 2021.

Abel is the son of Joshuah and Cycelea Bowling of Bismarck, IL. He is the answer to their prayers and loved so deeply the moment they knew of his upcoming arrival.

He is survived by three older siblings; Aylen(6), Teegyn(2) and Anthony(1), along with their beloved dog, Jackson, all at home. He gave them a lifetime of love in his short time on earth.

His paternal grandparents are Wendy(Mark) Carpenter of Danville, IL ; and maternal grandparents Trina Esteves(Gregory Blanton) of Stateline City, IN, Raul(Toni) Esteves of Lufkin, TX.

He is loved by all his aunts, uncles, cousins and even those who didn't get the chance to meet him. His smile lightened up an entire room and could turn your entire day around with just his little smirk.

During his brief visit on earth Abel enjoying nursing with his mom, sleeping on dad's chest and being showered with kisses by his older siblings. Abel loved to cuddle up close and just stare into your eyes.

We appreciate your thoughtfulness, and we ask for prayers that we may find peace concerning such sudden tragedy. We would also appreciate any monetary donations to help pay for time off as the family deals with this loss. Every little bit helps, although we understand those who are unable to donate.

Donations can be made via Cashapp to $cEsteves23 or through Facebook pay to @joshuah bowling/@Cycelea Bowling or to their account at First Financial Bank at any Danville location.  We will not be creating a go fund me due to the percentage taken from the donations.

Floral donations will be accepted at Kruger Coan Pape Funeral Home & Crematory located in Danville IL.

Memorial Visitation will be from 4:00pm - 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville, with a gather planned at The Little Nugget following.  IDPH Guidelines will be strictly followed regarding gathering limitations, masks, and social distancing.  Burial will be a private family event.
