Ann Catherine Langley of Danville, IL passed away on December 5, 2021. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation with a private graveside service at Atherton Cemetery with a pastor from the Second Church of Christ officiating.
Ann was born on March 26,1934 in Danville, IL to Henry and Delores Trimble Maggio. She attended St. Patrick’s Grade School and Schlarman High School. She worked at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Dr. Swanbro’s office. She was a member of the Second Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling, NASCAR Racing, playing the lottery, and was a loyal Chicago Bears fan.
Ann married Virgil Lee Langley on February 16,1957 in Covington, Indiana. He preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons: Virgil Alan (Gail) Langley of Tucson Arizona, and James Arthur (Christine) Langley of Stuarts Draft, Virginia; One great grandchild RJ, four grandchildren; Briana, Erin, Miyca, and Tyler, one brother Wally Tatar of Tennessee, and one sister Kathy (John) Carey of Calera, OK. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, two brothers, and two sisters.
