Beverly “Sue” Caudill 75 of Covington and formerly of Danville, went home to be with the Lord unexpectantly on November 15, 2024 at The Waters of Covington, surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be from 5-7pm (IL) on Wednesday, November 20th at Kruger Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville. Services will be on Thursday, November 21st at 10am at Kruger Funeral Home, with burial following in Songer Cemetery of Tilton.
Sue was born on August 4, 1949 to Harland Eugene and Mary Frances (Divine) Burk. She married her beloved husband William “Bub” Caudill on February 18, 1966 and the two shared forty-five wonderful years together until his passing in 2011.
Sue was a dedicated and hard-working employee at Steel Grip where she worked for thirty years before retiring. She was known for her strong work ethic, dedication, and the meaningful friendships she built during her career.
Sue is survived by her sons: William (Angela) Caudill Jr. and Robert (Billie Jo) Caudill; her cherished grandchildren: Robert Dean Caudill (Katelyn Welch), Robert (Ashley) Caudill Jr, Melissa Caudill, and Elizabeth (Devan) Lane; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Michael Eberly, Frank Burk, and David Eberly; and a sister: Rose Davis.
