Billy Ray Crouch

Billy Ray Crouch, 89 of Covington and formerly of Danville, went Home to be with his beloved Darlene at 3am EST on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at The Waters of Covington. Visitation will be on Wed, November 23rd from 3-4pm at Kruger Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville.

   Billy was born January 9, 1933 in Urbana to Ray and Hazel (Miller) Crouch. Billy enlisted in the US Army and served during the Korean War. Upon his return he became a truck driver and later a truck driving instructor.

   Billy married Darlene Helen Pusey on February 28, 1970 and the two shared forty-nine years together before her passing in May of 2019. Surviving are three children: Jaunita, Mike, and John (Melissa). A daughter Mary also preceded him in death.
