Brian Allen Wilson, 61 of Attica, passed away after a short battle with cancer on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at his home, surrounded by those he loved. Per his wishes there will be no public services.
Brian was born on December 4, 1962 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Carol and Barbara (Boggs) Wilson. He attended school in Williamsport, Indiana graduating in 1981. Brian worked at Attica Ice Plant, Wagner Hauling, and FedEx Freight throughout the years, until his health would no longer allow it. When he wasn’t working, Brian enjoyed dirt racing and working on his race car. When he was younger deer hunting was a favorite past time. His children and friends were very important to him and Brian enjoyed being involved in their lives.
Brian married Kristie Brinkman on April 2, 1988 in Newtown, Indiana. Though they later separated, they remained friends to this day. He leaves behind his two children: Shelby (Dustin) Pruitt and Rex Wilson; two grandchildren: Rylie and Brantley Pruitt; two brothers: Mitchell Wilson (Julie Smith) and Ronald Wilson; a sister-in-law: Charlotte Wilson; and his longtime companion Tanzy Sturgeon. His fur baby and best friend in the world, his English Bulldog Diesel will also greatly miss him.
