John A. Hoover, 43 of Danville passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024 at his home. He was born in Danville to Michael and Paula (Scott) Hoover. He attended Danville schools and DHS. John worked at Hoover Contracting Inc. for the past several years. When he wasn’t working John enjoyed cooking, grilling out with his family and friends, and spending time with his five beautiful daughters. He had a passion for video gaming, putting together RC cars, fishing, and a love for collecting knives. John also loved listening to music, especially the Blues.
John leaves behind his five daughters, who he adored: Haley Hoover, LeAnn Hoover, Keyaira Weston, Isabelle Weston, and Jaida Hoover; his mother Paula Cole; his stepfather David Cole; a grandson Bentley Heath; his brothers: Jake (Lacey) Hoover, Chris Cole, and Dustin Cole; two sisters: Lexi Hoover and Jacqueline (Steven) Butler; his maternal grandmother: Jeanette Scott; and his loving girlfriend: Monica Layne. He was preceded in death by his father Michael; his brother Blake Notardonato; his uncle: Rick Hoover; and his grandparents: Paul Scott, John Hoover, and Shirley Hoover.
