Lashelle Lorene (Fultz) Crain

Lashelle Lorene (Fultz) Crain of Danville, IL passed away October 8, 2022 at Pleasant Meadows Nursing Home in Chrisman, IL.

Lashelle was born June 22, 1969, in Danville, to Vernon and Donna (Lamb) Fultz. They preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, David Scott Crain. Survivors include her stepdaughter Samantha (Eric) Fridmanski, stepson David Crain II, one brother, Tom (Judy Cornwell) Fultz; two sisters, Melissa (Danny Gorman) Edwards, Mary (Jim) Toy, and four grandchildren Emerson Fridmanski, and Taylor, Faith, and Rose Willoughby; as well as their mother Sarah.  She leaves behind best friends Jody Baird and Jason Robbins in addition to several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Lashelle graduated from Jamaica High School in 1987. Lashelle loved to learn achieving a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Masters in Accounting.

Lashelle was very kindhearted.  She was a loving and giving soul who prided herself on her honesty.  She was a highly intelligent individual who loved puzzles and games that would challenge the mind. She loved Stephen King, reading, music (could play a mean sax), and anything Star Trek. She collected butterflies. Sending and creating greeting cards was a passion she started in her teens and continued throughout her life. She would send cards for all holidays, birthdays, and any occasion that would benefit from her reaching out.

She was loved by many and will be sadly missed.
