Michael Denton, 22 of Danville, was taken from us too soon in a motorcycle accident on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Per his wishes he has chosen to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Maple Pavilion in Kickapoo State Park on Saturday, June 14th starting at 1pm.
Michael was born on March 16, 2003 in Mayfield, Kentucky to Joe and Amanda (McCreary) Denton. He graduated from Danville High School in 2021 and then took courses at DACC. Michael worked as a Diesel Mechanic at Southern Tire Mart in Oakwood.
Michael loved to fish, hike trails, and was a fanatic about cars. He enjoyed rebuilding them, looking at them, dreaming about them, and driving them. Michael enjoyed nature and liked to just sit outside and enjoy the solitude.
Michael leaves behind his wife Angel (Quinn) Denton; his parents: Joe and Amanda Denton; and his thirteen sisters and six brothers: Erica Moorman, Jessica Denton, Angelica Dix, Krystal Denney-all of Danville; Brittney KIng of Camp Lajune, NC; Jeremy Denton and Jamie Denton- both of Danville; Bentley Denton, Dallas Denton, Dankia Denton, Lilliana Denton, Jacob Denton, and Jersey Denton- all of Hoopeston; Andria Shults of Champaign, IL; Jonathan Carlton, and Kailyn Carlton of Harrisburg, IL; Briyauna Hardin of Shorewood, WI, Valention Duddles of West Allis, WI, and Lina Ynocencio of West Allis, WI.
