Patricia Chandler Obituary

   Patricia Chandler, 78 of Danville, passed from this life to the next on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Goldwater Care in Danville. Visitation will be on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 11-12pm at Kruger Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville. Services will follow at Noon with Wayne Urban officiating. Private burial will take place after where Patricia will be laid beside her husband.

   Patricia was born on July 4, 1947 in Horton, Kansas to Richard and Dora Mae (Kirkpatrick) Jacobson. She was raised on the farm east of Bismarck, where she developed a love for all things living. She enjoyed gardening, raising and nurturing many different farm animals, canning and preserving, and camping with her family.  

   She was a graduate of Bismarck Henning High School, and attended Beauty School in Danville. Patricia operated Patricia’s Fashion Flair beauty shop for over forty years. She also worked behind the scenes, helping her husband with paperwork at their business- Chandler Construction. Patricia was an interior design/decorator for Remole Homes, Westville Home, and A-1 Homes for over ten years. She is one of the owners of Travel Trailer Sales and Service, and was the warranty coordinator for ten years.

   Patricia deeply enjoyed cooking and baking for her friends and family, and was well-known for her cookies and treats during the holidays.  She was a behind the scenes person who loved with her whole heart and supported everyone. She will be greatly missed, but is now reunited with John in Heaven, which she has counted down the days to since his passing.

   Patricia married her high school sweetheart John Chandler on November 16, 1968 at Bismarck United Methodist Church and the two shared fifty-four years together before his passing in early 2023. Patricia has missed him every day since. She is survived by her son: Dan (Sandra) Chandler; sisters-in-law June (Ron) Snoke and Donna Hartman; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband John.
