His parents, Conrad Binns Rogers and Joyce May (Cole) Rogers, preceded him in death as well as his older brother Michael Lee Rogers.
Paul will be missed tremendously by his wife Donna, their five sons: Stephen (Debbie) Rogers, James (Liya) Rogers, David Rogers, Matthew (Jenn) Rogers, Jonathan Rogers, and one daughter: Elizabeth (Jeffery) Staggs; one beloved niece Rishya (Ed) Dunn; thirteen grandchildren: Brandon Rogers, Austin (Liz) Rogers, Courtney (Matthew) Rogers, Jordan (Taylor) Lamb, Ella Rogers, Alaya Leverenz, James Rogers “JJ” Jr., Annie Rogers, Arianna Rogers, Addison Bartos, Jaxson Rogers, Conner Staggs, and Reybekah Staggs; and two great-grandchildren: Marigold Lamb and Cypress Rogers.

Paul was a musician, card game player, hard worker, and good provider. He was a faithful priesthood holder at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He gave great strength, service, love, and laughter to all who had the privilege to know him. Even when his health gave him great challenges, he still had a very strong will, unshakable faith, and sense of humor that was contagious. He was known to brighten everyone’s day. He will be greatly missed by all.
