Robbin Renee Richards

Robbin Renee Richards, 53 of Danville, passed this life on Monday, December 25, 2023 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Kruger Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville from 11-1pm. Funeral Services will immediately follow. Private graveside services will take place.

   Robbin was born in Danville on November 27, 1970 to Larry and Pamela (Gillis) Richards Sr. She went to Georgetown schools. Robbin was a professional Nana- the best there was and ever will be. Robbin enjoyed gardening and taking walks outdoors as her health allowed; dancing and going out with her friends; sharing a good meal out with those she loved, and just overall socializing. She liked board games and card games, and sometimes just made up her own rules if needed.

   Robbin married Will Hires on April 15, 2000 and he preceded her in death after only seven short years in 2007. She leaves behind her three sons: Casey (Jennifer) Hires, Dustin (Holly) Hires, and Bradley (Leslie) Hires; ten grandchildren; and a brother: Rob (Joy) Richards. Robbin was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents, two brothers: Larry Richards Jr and Randy Richards, and her husband Will Hires.
