Rosemary Davis Obituary

  Rosemary Davis, 73, of Williamsport Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020 at OSF Sacred Heart Hospital in Danville, Illinois.  Visitation will be from noon – 1:00pm on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville.  Private family services will follow, with burial at Sunset Cemetery in Danville.

  Rose was born February 15, 1947 near Clinton, Indiana to Herman and Dora Bailey.  Rose worked a variety of jobs over the years, including being the treasurer for the local fire station, and really enjoyed working at Covington Manor Nursing Home.  She enjoyed gardening, mushroom hunting, and turkey hunting.  She loved to visit casinos, watch horse racing, baseball, and western shows.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids.

  Rose married Dannie Davis on February 16, 1963, he survives.  Also surviving are her children:  Danny (Linda) Davis, and Deanna (Nick) Bolinger; Grandchildren:  Danny (Misty) Davis, Krystal (John) Guzman, and Kylie Bolinger; 6 great grandchildren; 1 brother and 2 sisters.  Rose was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.
