Tammi L. House, 57 of Fithian, went Home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 17, 2024 at her home. She was surrounded by those she loved. Per her wishes, graveside services will be on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, located off of Shangri La Road.
Tammi was born on September 24, 1966 in Danville. She worked at Genpact for 38 years.
Tammi enjoyed dirt track racing, shopping (especially on Black Friday with her friends), tending to her flower beds, hunting for antiques, and crafts. Her children and grandchildren were her world. She loved to watch her boys play baseball. Tammi also enjoyed going out with her friends.
Tammi leaves behind her parents, Jerry and Donna (Waterstradt) Dines; the love of her life, Keith Hughes; children, Caleb House and fiancée, Lexi; Chelsey House; Jacob Spear; and Loudyn Hughes; grandchildren, Lena, Lily, and Jett (on the way); brothers, Tim Paxton and Jamie Paxton and wife, Sara; The Brat Pack: Virginia Trusler-McClure, Vickie Wasson, Trena Bennett, and Melany Morris; 3 nieces, 2 nephews, and 9 great-nieces and great-nephews; and last, but definitely not least, Brystal.
She was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Allyson Hughes.
Tammi was the life of the party, the rock of her family, a ray of sunshine, and will be missed by all.
