Wesley Wayne Parson, 63 of Danville, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at OSF Sacred Heart Hospital in Danville.
Wes was born on October 9, 1957 in Danville to William and Grace Parson. On December 22, 1978 he married Linda Fouse in Alvin, and the two have shared over forty-two years together. In his spare time Wes could often be found hunting and fishing, and enjoying time with his family and friends. From 2004-2011, he raced his race cars at Vermilion County Speedway, Boswell and Kokomo.
Wes leaves behind his wife Linda; three sons: Shawn (Jami) Fouse, Wayne (Carrie) Parson, and Brian (Jennifer) Parson; a daughter: Angela (JB) Parson; twelve grandchildren: Brittany, Desiree, Chelsea, Kaylynn, Destiny, Damien, Madison, Gabrielle, Andrew, Gracelynn, Mckynlee, and Oaklynn; and a great granddaughter: S’Dona. He will also be greatly missed by his mother, his brothers and sisters, and numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, an infant son, and a sister.
