Tyler Ray Butler, 26, of Danville, passed away on September 24, at his home surrounded by family.
Tyler was born on April 9th, 1993 to John Butler and Melisa (Cadman) Butler. He was united in marriage to Haley Moody on March 24, 2018. Tyler is survived by his wife, parents, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Tyler was proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bob and June Cadman, and his paternal grandparents, Ray and Evelyn Butler.
Tyler attended First Baptist school, where he graduated the top of his class in 2011. He then went on to graduate from the automotive program at DACC. Tyler worked at United Refrigeration in Danville. He was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in Danville, where he served as the head usher. There, he also met his wife Haley. In his spare time, you could find him at his family farm, cruising the country roads in his truck, and playing with his dog. Most of all, he loved his family and spending time with them.
Visitation will be from 3:00 – 7:00pm on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Faith Baptist Church, 920 Warrington Avenue in Danville. Service will be at 10:00am on Saturday, September 28 at Faith Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Oakhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Tyler’s name to the OSF cancer center in Danville.
