Connie Sue Munoz, 69 of Danville, took her last breaths on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at her home, surrounded by those who loved her. Born on March 30, 1955 in Crawfordsville, Indiana to Stanley Robinson and Josephine Haga.
Connie married Gustavo Vargas and the two spent their early years raising their family in Texas. Connie was a strong, determined woman who worked hard to make their house a home and raise her nine children. Connie was married twice. She married Gustavo who passed away on May 16, 2010 She later married Jose Munoz, and he passed on June 1, 2008.
Always surrounded by her family, Connie loved to cook and bake, and enjoyed family get togethers. Family was everything. She leaves behind her nine children: Ben (Claudia) Vargas, Jerry (Jennifer Graham) Vargas, Abraham (Candy) Vargas, Gustavo Vargas, Steve Vargas, Joel (Heather) Vargas, Laura (David) Aguirre, Stacey (Don) Huerta, and Syliva (Daniel) Moreno; over forty grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents and both of her husbands.
