Dorothy Mae (Stevens) Keele

Dorothy Mae Keele, 91, of Danville, passed away in the presence of her family  on December 14, 2021, at Accolade HealthCare in Danville.

Dorothy was born to Reginald and Grace (Allen) Stevens on March 10, 1930. She was independent, fierce, strong and was a true believer in the Lord. Dorothy’s love of flowers/gardening came in second only to the love she had for her children. She leaves behind four children: Jacqueline (Gene) LeMay, Mark Keele, Mike Keele and Jane (Tim) Shedelbower; eight grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

There will be a graveside service at Spring Hill Cemetery on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
