Lance B. Roush, 54 of Danville, passed away at 12:08am on September 18, 2021 at his home, after a battle with cancer and heart failure.
Lance was born on November 5, 1966 in Quincy, Illinois to Donald Roush Sr and Susan Leerhoff. Lance had a stepmom Alice Roush that he loved, who preceded him in death, along with his father.
Lance has one brother Donald (Karen) Roush Jr and one sister Lisa Roush; as well as one daughter Julia Roush of Mississippi, one son Sean Roush, and a granddaughter Ariana Clifton of Mississippi. He has many nieces and nephews, and three special kids that called him Papa: Malachi and Chase Johnson of Danville and Leah Massy of Quincy, IL. They all survive. He married his wife Carol M. Roush on June 5, 2017 in Danville and she survives as well.
Lances served in the military as a Marine for four years, and upon returning from the service worked as a truck driver for McNay out of Quincy and an over the road driver for Raven’s Trucking. He enjoyed doing backyard wrestling with friends and family, as well as spending time with his son and his wife, and his close family and friends.
