Larry Edward Spain

   Larry Edward Spain, 53, of Terre Haute, IN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. He was born in Danville, IL on December 18, 1969 to French and Lucille (Shaw) Spain.

   He is survived by: his four children, Joshua (Haylee) Spain of Chrisman, IL, Joseph Spain of Findlay, OH, Hannah Spain of Chrisman, IL & Molly Spain of Findlay, OH; his sister Nina (Mike) Taylor, his brother J.R. Spain; several nieces and nephews; an uncle: Larry (Debbie) Pruitt; his aunt: Shannon (Keith) Burwell; his longtime friend: Mary Respess; and his four-legged friend, Smokey. He was preceded in death by: his mother & father; his maternal & paternal grandparents, and his sister Mary Ellen Spain.

   Larry was a faithful man who loved the Lord. He enjoyed the outdoors; taking long walks, fishing, and gardening. He loved visiting the beach & grilling ribs. He was an avid fan of 80's rock, Nipsey Hussle, and Tupac. He got a thrill out of watching Islam Makhachev, his favorite UFC fighter. Most of all he enjoyed spending his time with his children and family. He will be missed by many.
