LuAnn Vickery Obituary

LuAnn Vickery, 66, of Covington, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021.  There will be private family services, with burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Covington.

LuAnn was born July 19, 1955 to Eugene and Laura (Tracy) Roth.  She graduated from Schlarman High School in 1973.  LuAnn and her husband Robert, along with their son Aaron owned and operated Hilltop Restaurant in Covington, IN for over 20 years.  LuAnn loved being with her family and making the holidays special, with her Christmas tree decorations and lighted villages.  She loved to grow flowers and plants with daily care.

LuAnn married Robert E. Vickery on November 2, 1974 at St. Patricks Church in Danville.  Survivors include her husband, Robert; children: Jason (Nikki) Vickery, Bradley (Amanda) Vickery, David Vickery, and Aaron “Bub” Vickery; grandchildren: Alyssa, Fox, Dolan, and Abigail Vickery; brother Steven Roth; sister Marsha (Dan) Carson; brother-in-laws: Frank (Belinda) Vickery and Eric (Karen) Vickery, sister-in-law Leann (Steven) Thorne; along with several nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.
