Virginia Holt Obituary

Virginia Mae Holt, 72 of Danville, passed from this life on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Visitation will be from 10-Noon CST on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Kruger Coan Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville. Graveside Services will follow at approximately 1pm CST at Woodlawn Cemetery in Indianola.

   Virgina was born on August 27, 1949 in Danville to Gerald and Charlotte (High) Brown. She attended Danville schools, graduating from DHS in the late fifties. Virginia worked at many factories throughout the years including Steel Grip and McClane. When she had free time she could often be found spending it with her family and close friends as well as gardening and spending time outdoors with her fur babies.

   Virginia leaves behind her two children: Traci Holt and Richard Holt; her siblings: Mary Wheeler, John (Betty) Brown, Ed (Debbie) Brown, and Debra Brown; and her grandchildren Alex Hoffman, Shawn Hoffman, and Clay Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her praents, and her siblings Bob Brown, Charlotte Wheeler, and David Brown.
