Mary Ann Kruger, 58 of Danville, left this world for a better place on Friday, December 31, 2021, after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Kruger Coan Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams Street in Danville from 11-1pm. Services will follow at 1pm with Becky Cronkhite officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. The family has requested that you come as you are, and keep it casual, as Mary would want it that way.
Mary was born on September 29, 1963 to Leonard “Wayne” and Betty (Rosseau) Brady. She attended Catlin schools, graduating in 1982. After graduating Mary went to work at Vermilion Manor Nursing Home in the kitchen for quite some time before leaving to work at Herrs where she was an order selector. In 1997 she went to work for Auto Zone where she has spent the past twenty-four years working. When she wasn’t working, Mary could be found with one of her two loves- her grandbabies and her animals. She was also an excellent baker.
On May 6, 2006, Mary married Karl Kruger and the two have shared fifteen amazing years together. The two loved to aggravate and tease one another. She also leaves behind her children: Adam (Dana) Cordes; Tracy (Schuyler) Grant; Kristina (Jimmie) Kruger; Ryan (Mackenzie) Kruger; her two sisters: Sue (Fred) Dokey and Laurie Weller; a brother: David Brady; five grandchildren: Emma, Ben, Chloe, Zayden, and Kerya; and dozens of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
